Return/Exchange Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase.  We hope you are overly ecstatic with your purchase.   

All of our products are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Our products undergo a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best quality items. 

However, if you received a defective item, please continue reading this policy in its entirety. 

Exchange (on defective items only) 

For defective or damaged products, please contact customer service using the email below to arrange an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All items must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.  ALL returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

EXCHANGE PROCESS 

To start a return, you must contact us at info@xercisingebeautyllc.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange including the EMA number will not be accepted. 

 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges.  We strongly recommend that you use a track-able method to mail your return.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any item, which includes sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item (further instructions will be given during return process).


Refunds 
There are no refunds on any items.
